Cancellation Policy
To secure your Winter Radiance, Holiday Bliss or Festive Glow package we require an online deposit at the time of booking. Due to limited availability, deposits are non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel, your deposit can be refunded if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before your appointment.
